Long Term: 1 year lease $900.00 a month. 6 month lease $800.00 a month plus tax.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Rental payments may be made by personal check, money order or credit cards accepted through www.PayPal.com . Full rental payment is due at least 30 days prior to arrival unless other arrangements have been made.
Taxes: There is a tourist tax of 12.5% added to the rate.
Cancellation Policy: FULL REFUND of DEPOSIT and PAYMENT is made with 30-day notice prior to reservation date.
Minimum Stay Policy: A minimum of 5 nights stay non-event weeks.
CHECK IN: 4 p.m. CHECKOUT: 10 a.m. Maid Service provided on check-out. (No one will enter your room until you checkout for your privacy and security. Call if other times are needed, we are flexible.
DAILY AND WEEKLY RENTAL RATES are quoted in US dollars and are for the condo - not per person. This is a no smoking, no pet condo.
